Doll quilts are fun and easy to make. And because of that they are very rewarding since you can be proud of yourself for finishing something! It can take as little as one day to make.

This is the fifth quilt in our series of doll quilts. Finished size is 181/2“ x 18 1/2”.

My family put together a lot of jigsaw puzzles when I was a child. Puzzles teach children eye-hand coordination and especially patience. Sometimes I would go several minutes before I could place a piece correctly. But I kept on looking. I still bring one out when there are family gatherings so we can sit together around the table and visit while working together on a fun project. It’s always rewarding to see the pictures come to life.   This little doll quilt is a bit more difficult than the others just because there are quite a few pieces. Cut carefully and lay out your pieces before you sew. The end result is so adorable!
