Doll quilts are fun and easy to make. And because of that they are very rewarding since you can be proud of yourself for finishing something! It can take as little as one day to make.

This is the 12th quilt in our series of doll quilts. Finished size is 16 1/2″ square.

My sisters and I had many a tea party when I was young. We each sat around our table with all our dolls and teddy bears as guests. We served imaginary tea and crumpets pretending we were dining with the queen! Perhaps you did too. This blue and white doll quilt, our 12th in the series, uses a tessellated design, and is made up of just a single block, the half-square triangle. So it’s fast and easy to make! If you look closely you can see the white and blue patterns create the positive-negative effect.
